“Die Freuden Der Liebe” — or “The Joys of Love” — was published in 1988 and features the blonde beauty in a variety of sex scenes with an unidentified man.

The photos first surfaced in Britain's The Sun newspaper, which published some of the tamer pics from the page-turner (112 pages, to be exact).

In one steamy shot, Mills McCartney, 38, glistening with baby oil, performs an unmentionable act on the fella, who — on the following page — returns the favor. In others, Mills McCartney engages in bondage.
