Glitter was never charged over the child porn images and under new UK laws, Brits who escape prosecution for sex crimes abroad can be brought home to face justice. However, Glitter can only be extradited if it can be proved he broke Vietnamese law by having the images. In Vietnam, it is illegal to sell them but not to possess them.
